When you use any of the Greggs Foundations ‘Digital Services’ (“digital services or services”) that refer to and are covered by these terms (including – but not exclusively - our websites, or applying for one of our programmes) you’re entering into an agreement in relation to how you use these services with ‘Greggs Foundation ’ (“Greggs Foundation”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you don’t want to agree to these terms (or you do not qualify), you should not use the services.

The information on the Website and the App is intended to be useful and informative for customers and donors and potential programme applicants and existing grantees. We will use reasonable care to ensure that information is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee this.
